- If the client is dissatisfied with a completed project but has approved the work at any stage.

- Refund requests will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Any processing fees charged by third-party payment gateways will be deducted from the refund amount.
